Quality improvement unit
Duties:
• Coordination and integration of quality improvement activities in the hospital
• Develop a plan to improve the overall quality of the hospital in clinical and non-clinical topics (management, finance, medical services, services
• Nursing, General Services, and Support, Paraclinical Services)
• Develop hospital systems and processes in accordance with the principles of designed quality improvement.
• Development of important specific, measurable, achievable and timely performance indicators for different hospital processes.
• Continuous monitoring of quality improvement program, data, management actions and interventions through analysis of indicators
• Prepare an annual report on the hospital quality improvement program
• Develop and implement a policy for handling suggestions, criticisms and complaints in the hospital
• Develop a strategic plan for the hospital under the guidance of the hospital executive management team
• Determining and publishing the hospital mission statement at the level of different hospital units
• Follow-up and coordination of the implementation of accreditation standards in different units of the hospital
• Develop an annual action plan to promote coordinated and integrated quality improvement programs, improve patient safety in line with the credit model

• Establish a system for reporting medical errors in the hospital
• Approving and communicating the policy and methods received from different units of the hospital
• Implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive hospital audit program
• Communicating and coordinating the implementation of clinical medicine guidelines at different levels of the hospital
• Coordinating the holding of hospital committees and tracking the implementation of approvals
